hommes<\/li><li>L\u2019\u00e9cart de taux d\u2019augmentations individuelles<\/li><li>Le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es au retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9<\/li><li>La repr\u00e9sentation du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p2\">Cet index est un outil de mesure, mais aussi un levier d\u2019action pour progresser concr\u00e8tement en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>Index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle : 76\/100<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><ol><li class=\"p2\">Indicateur relatif \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration : 36\/40<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Indicateur relatif \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cart de taux d&#8217;augmentations individuelles : 35\/35<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Indicateur relatif au % de salari\u00e9es ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;une augmentation dans l&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivant leur retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 : 0\/15<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Indicateur relatif au nombre de salari\u00e9s du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les 10 salari\u00e9s ayant per\u00e7u les plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations : 5\/10<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>Objectifs de progression\u00a0:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><ol><li class=\"p2\">Objectif Indicateur
